Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships with residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and enriching environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and satisfaction through personalized care.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
