Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to residents following set schedules.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Document daily assistance provided and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents and colleagues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
- Experience with elderly or memory-impaired adults preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
