Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to a dedicated group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident wellness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a risk-free environment.
• Encourage residents to engage in enriching activities and provide quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with exceptional customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required, and previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
