Caregiver

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to care needs and preferences.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, adjusting care levels as necessary.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in life enriching activities and provide dining assistance.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred; strong communication and organizational skills.
