Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and enriching the lives of seniors in our community.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs
• Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans
• Maintain resident safety and well-being throughout the shift
• Support dining needs with Sunrise hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a team environment
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to make informed decisions in residents' best interest
