Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, a renowned provider of quality care for seniors. As a Care Manager, you will have the privilege of brightening residents' days by building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and providing personalized care in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by monitoring their condition and adjusting care levels as needed.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans and implementing life enrichment activities.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including OSHA requirements, to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
