Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Our team members build meaningful relationships, provide assistance with daily activities, and create a vibrant and engaging environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend appropriate adjustments in care.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Support residents in life skills and life enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to providing excellent customer service to seniors.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
