Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
