Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily activities, and contribute to enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and assistance to assigned residents.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and activities.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and hospitality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to varying duties.
- Prior experience with seniors is preferred.
