Job Description

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident well-being.
• Assist residents in life skills activities and engage them in enriching experiences.
• Maintain safety standards and respond to residents' needs with hospitality and care.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
