Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, where providing the highest quality care and services to our residents is our top priority. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily living activities, and ensure a comfortable and enriching environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living for assigned residents, understanding their unique preferences and needs.
• Collaborate with the team to create Individualized Service Plans and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Promote a safe and engaging community environment by participating in life-enriching activities and supporting residents' well-being.
• Maintain communication with management regarding any changes in residents' conditions and contribute to a positive living experience.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with compassion and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to varying responsibilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent; certification requirements may apply based on state regulations.
• Prior experience in senior care is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
