As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
