Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team. Our Care Managers provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, making a difference in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing individualized care plans.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
• Provide exceptional dining service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions in residents' best interests.
• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications may be required based on state regulations).
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
