Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide top-quality care and services to a dedicated group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being throughout the shift.
• Support community team in compliance with safety regulations and hospitality standards.
• Encourage residents in life skills and enriching activities, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellence and a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED, with previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to make decisions in the residents' best interest.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
