Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and ensure a vibrant and supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to assigned residents, catering to their individual needs and preferences.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and maintain a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to various responsibilities.
• High School diploma/GED may be required, along with any necessary certifications.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
