Caregiver

Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to a dedicated group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in condition, recommend care adjustments, and participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, respond to their dining needs, and engage them in life-enriching activities.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance with regulations and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications per state regulations, and previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with good judgment and decision-making ability.
