We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance and care to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role is crucial in building relationships, enhancing residents' quality of life, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and comfort throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
