Job Description

We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves assisting with daily activities, developing individualized service plans, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences with Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state regulations.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
