Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide personalized care to residents.
• Assist in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in life enriching activities and maintain Sunrise service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
