Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
• Promote a safe and enriching environment by engaging residents in life skills activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
