Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and updates.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement in life enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, and certifications where required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
