Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with individual service plans.
• Encourage residents' independence in self-care whenever possible.
• Serve meals and promote healthy eating habits.
• Engage residents in planned activities to enhance social interactions and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' records and observations.
• Administer medications following prescribed procedures.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.
• Respond to emergency situations and resident requests promptly.
• Support teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving or related field is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Physical capability to assist residents with mobility and daily tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 6-12 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
