Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
• Provide dining services while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; certification may be required in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions in the residents' best interest.
