Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement in activities.
• Collaborate with the community team to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
