Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and contribute to the overall well-being of our seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and attention to a designated group of seniors.
• Notify management of any changes in resident condition and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe living environment.
• Deliver exceptional dining service while upholding hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
