Job Description

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will involve building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Promote a positive and engaging environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma/GED, certifications as required by state.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
