Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships with residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attend to care needs, and understand their preferences
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend care adjustments
• Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities
• Participate in Individualized Service Plans development and ensure safety compliance
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required, and previous senior care experience preferred
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
