Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
