Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, where you will provide high-quality care and services to residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, attending to residents' individual care needs, and enriching their lives through various activities. As part of the team, you will contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure the well-being of residents during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Attend to residents' care needs and preferences.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
