Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with residents, provide assistance with daily activities, and contribute to enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and assistance to designated residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High School diploma or GED, certifications as required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
