Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and attend to individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being by knowing their whereabouts and checking on them regularly.
- Support community team in compliance with safety regulations and risk management programs.
- Deliver high-quality dining experiences while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in specific states.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
