Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by knowing their whereabouts and checking on them regularly.
• Support community team in compliance with safety regulations and risk management programs.
• Deliver high-quality dining experiences while upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in specific states.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
