Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, attend to their individual care needs, and ensure their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
• Monitor residents' well-being, respond to their needs promptly, and maintain a safe and engaging environment.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform a variety of duties in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required as per state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
