Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building relationships, assisting with daily activities, monitoring residents' well-being, and ensuring a fulfilling living experience.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and engagement.
• Contribute to a caring and supportive community environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
