Caregiver

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide the highest quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily living activities, and create a supportive and enriching environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents, attend to individual care needs, and understand unique preferences.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and enjoyment of life through various activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
