Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with a designated group of seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being in compliance with community standards.
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to various duties.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
