Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend appropriate adjustments in care.
• Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote risk management programs.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
