Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role is crucial in building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications may be required).
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
