Job Description
Join Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, in providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a critical role in expanding access to services and supporting individuals with various needs.
Responsibilities
- Help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
- Build meaningful relationships and assist with community integration.
- Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition.
- Provide personal care assistance and behavioral support as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education.
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
- Clear background checks.
- Compassionate, responsible, and committed to quality care.
Job Type
