Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to individual care needs.
• Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities based on their preferences.
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans and updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
