Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide outstanding care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring individualized care are key responsibilities in this role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily activities.
• Notify management of changes in resident condition and recommend care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required by state.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
