As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living based on individual needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and updates.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of residents during the shift.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
