Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Attend to individual care needs and preferences.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and programs.
• Provide dining assistance while upholding hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
