Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
