Job Description
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and satisfaction.
- Engage residents in enriching activities and multi-sensory experiences.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
