Job Description

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to join the Sunrise Senior Living team. Our Care Managers provide personalized care and assistance to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
