Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily living activities, and creating a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' well-being and safety throughout the shift.
• Promote a welcoming and hospitable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be needed based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
