• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in life enriching activities and development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Ensure community compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with exceptional customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
