We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, where you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and enhance their quality of life. Join us in fostering a caring community for seniors!

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management policies.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' dining needs are met while maintaining service standards.
• Engage residents in life enriching activities to support their well-being.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications required in some states.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
