Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with activities of daily living, and promote a high quality of life for our seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to a designated group of seniors and their families.
• Monitor residents' well-being and notify management of any changes.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team, make sound decisions, and prioritize resident well-being.
• High school diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
