• Provide assistance with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Contribute to enriching activities and experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
